WEDNESDAY, THURSDAY and
FRIDAY.
Owing to the small amount of
cotton to be ginned the balance of
this season and the expense of
keeping open during the whole
time, regardless of the amount ot
cotton received for ginning, is so
great that any other course would
result in loss.
Although this ginnery has been
in ops ration for little over a
month, nearly 900 bales have been
packed, the high prices paid for
round bales, in excess of square
cotton, having attracted farmers
from every section of the country.
Many have hauled their cotton
tw-elve and fifteen mnesand claim
to have cleared from $6 per bale
up by doing so. All cotton is
promptly ginned on arrival, the
capacity being eighty bales per
day.
