Says Drink Water If You Wish To Grow Fat And Plump Thin Men and Women Do You Want T« Gel rat And Re Strolf? The trouble with most thin folfs who wish to gain weight is that they insist on drugging their stomach #r stuffing it with greasy foods, rubbing on use less “flesh creams,“or following some foolish j hysical culture stunt, while the real cause of thinness goes untouched. You cannot get fat until your diges tive trcC '. proper’y assimulates the food you eat. Drink a glass of cold water four or five times a day and take the following preparation known to re liable druggists almost everywhere, which seemily embocDs the missing elements needed by the digestive or- g .ns to help them convert food into rich, fat-laden blood. This prepsra tion i 4 called tonoline, and much re markable testimony is given as to its su«c issful u e in flesh building. Tono line which comes in the form of a small non-injurious tablet, taken at meala and mixed with the digesting food, tends to prepare fat, flesh and muscle building elements so that the blood can readily accept and carry them to the starved portion of the body. You can readily picture the tranformalion that additional and previously lacking flesh making material should bring to your cheeks, filling out hollows about your tisck, shoulders and bust disappearing, and your taking on from 16 to 20 pounds of solid healthy flesh. Tonoline is harmless, inexpensive, efficient. J. L. Selman & Son have it and are au thorized to refund your money if weight increase.is not obtained as per the guarantee found in each large package. Caution:-tonoline is recommended on'y as a flesh builder and while ex cellent results in cases of nervous in digestion, etc., haye been reported, care should be taken about using it unless a gain of weight is desired.
