NOTICE
A bill will be introduced in the
next General Asembly of the
State of Georgia, to amend the
Act creating the Board of Coun
ty Commissioners of Roads and
Revenues of Douglas County ap
proved December 20th, 1900, as
amended by the Act approved
July 30th, 1903, so as to provide
for laying out the County into
Road Districts and the election
of a Commissioner for each Dis
trict, and for other purposes.

cerns! that an election will be held at
Douglasville, Ga., in the Court House
in Douglas County in the Public School
District in said County known as Pub
lic School District No.(22, on the 1s t
day of. Sept. 1917, for the purpose of
determining whether the Trustees of
said Public School District almll issue
bonds for the purpose of building ard
equipping a school house or houses and
for such other purpose as is £contem
plated by the act of the General As
sembly of the State of Georgia, ap
proved Aug. 17, 1913, relative [to the
building and equipping! School build
ings in such Districts.*g£Said Board of
Trustees of said SchoolJDistriet hav
ing by resolution adopted by aaid
Trustees, fixed the [amount of said
proposed issue of bonds at $45,000.00,
6 per cent interest per aunum in thirty
years after date and the Bum of $1,-

of the principal and interest upon the
bonds up to the time theyRbecome due
thirty years after date then all of the
principal and interest will be fully
paid off. The purpose of said bonds
being to build and equip a school house
or houses in said School District and
