Those favoring the issuance of said bonds shall have written or printed upon their ballots “For School House’’, and those opposing the issuance of said bonds shall have written or printed upon their ballots ‘’Against School House.” A certified list of the registered and qualified voters of said Public School District having been filed with this Board as required by law in such case made and provided.
