H Mc Larty performed the marriage ceremony that united Mr. R. E F. Jerkins and Miss L'nnie Scog- gm. The Sentinel extends con gratulations to the happy couple. Daye Abbott and Morris James two colored boys, volunteered this week for army service, at Stevedores. They were accom panied to Camp Gordon by Pos Master, C, F. Selman and Sherli A. S. We deplore the acci dent, but it was a pleasure to us to allow Brother Burton the ust of the Sentinel press. Our good friend W. T. William, of the Ralph neighborhood, brought to the Sentinel office Thursday morning and piesented to the editor two sweet potatoes weighing 6A and 71-2 lbs respec tively. These are the largest we have seen in the county. Fun! Fun! for everybody. Or, next Wednesday night the Younc People’s Missionary Society will hold a Hallo’een Carqival at tht Red Cross rooms.
