Mr. and Mrs. J. L. Williams Sunday
Most everybody in this section have
had the “Flu,” but there has not been
very many deaths.
Mr. L. L. Bartlett and family spent
Sunday with Mr. and Mrs. L. R. Chap
man.
We are all gladd to see “our boys”
returning from “over there,” but
many hearts will be made sad by the
absence of the ones they loved so
dearly.

The Baptist Tabernacle, Chattanoo
ga, Term., will hold their Fifth Annual
Bible Conference March 16th through
April 6th. This Conference had to be
postponedd last Octobber on account,
of the “Flu.”
A strong team of teachers, preach
ers and singers are to be on the pro
gram. Among these already securer
as speakers are Drs. W. Leon Tucker,
New York City; P. W. Philpott, Ham
ilton, Canada; H. C. Morrison, Wil-
more, Kentucky; Chas. A. Blanchard,
Wheaton,, Ill.; Henry L. Walton. Jer
sey City, New Jersey; R. V. Miller,
Hendersonville, North Carolina; and
James M. Gray, Chicago, Ill.
The music will be in charge of Rev.
and Mrs. Chas. Butler, their pianist,
Miss Ruth Miller, and Rev L. G. Dib
ble, assisted w by a number of Chatta
nooga’s best singers.
