THE GOOD WILL OF AN-ARMY
She written aud spoken word of American Army men, at home and
abroad, has given the very name of Dodge Brothers Motor Car a new
and stirring significance!
The oven U tc'.entifically built.
The smoke, flame and gases conform
the arched top. t
The double amount of asbestos in the walls
retains heat in the oven exactly where you
want it.
The triple flue bottom instead of heating
the floor, forces the heat into the oven.
It is made of extra heavy cold rolled re

Dodge Automobile Company,
Detroit, Michigan,
Gentlemen :—
Bevel al times while traveling through France and Germany I was inspired to ex
claim, "I really must write to the Dodge Company, when 1 get home and tell them
what I think of their car.’’ Now, that l am home that intention has not weakened. 1
have spent the whole of this winter in France and Germany ajn«d the mud and rain
and shell tom roads of the battle front, and later over the steep niourtains and through
the narrow gorges between the Luxenberg and the Rhine.
Gendral Pershing gave me for my use while I served the A. E. F. a Dodge /ear.
With my Jittie company of ftptertainers I, was enable to go to many of the hoys in
isolated spots who had no transportation to send for me and would have gone without
entertainments had I not had mv own car. We traveled hundreds of miles, some tithes
over almost impassable roads. We scaled mountains, where at every minute we feared
onr little car might balk at further pressure. We never had a moment’s trouble. I
can say most emphatically that the Dodge gave splendid service and held out where we
cars disable” “ J —
had found other ■
bled by the road side.
When my service with the Army was through and 1 had to return the car to them 1
felt as if I ws s parting with a personal frieud and wished that it eould run me down to
Bres* and be taken aboard the transport and sail for home with me.
From what Ijhaye heard from many sources I •believe that others have just as suc
cessful experiences with the Dodge at the front as we have had.
Believe mo,
Very cordially yours,
MAUD B. BOOTH.
