VETERANS
A meeting has been called at
Court house, for Saturday Septem
ber 30th at 3:00 P. M. M.-... John
W. Bee, Adjutant Georgia Division
S. C, V. will be there- to -help or
ganize a camp of Sons of Veterans
for Douglas County. He earnestly
requests that all Sons and Dau
ghters of the Confederacy attend
this meeting. He is very anxious
to put a thriving camp in Doug
las county. He also asked me to
call attention to the fact that no
Son or Grandson of a Confeder
ate Veteran will have the benefit
of the Rail road rate to the reun
ion in Atlanta, to be held in Oct
ober, unless he is a member in
good standing f the camp of Sons
of Vetrans.
I hope that every Confederate
Vetran, Daughter, Grand-daughter
Son, or Grandson of a Confederate
Veteran, -will -he. at this mteting
and help in organizing this camp.
