was probated in the Court of Ordi
nary of said county on the 3rd day
Of May, 1913, authorizing and em
powering the Executor to sell the
lands hereiafter described, will be
aold at public outcry on the first
Tuesday in October, 1919, at the
Court House in the town of Doug-
lasviUe, Douglas County, Georgia,
within the usual hours of sale, the
following real estate, to-wit The*
North half of lot of land number
seven hundred aud four (704) in
the first (1st) District and third
(3rd) Section of Douglas County,
Georgia, containing twenty (20)
aores, more or less.
Also lots of land numbers six
hundred and forty-seven, (647)
and seven hundred and thirty-nine
(739) each containing forty (40)
acres, more or less, and the West
half of lot of land Number six
hundred and forty eight- (648)
containing twenty (20) acres more
or less, in the eighteenth (18th)
District and Second Section of
Douglas County, Georgia, aggre
gating one hundred- and twenty
(120) acres, more or less.
Said lands to be sold as the prop
erty of Burrell-Malonei deceased,
for tlie purpose of distribution
among the heirs at law of said"
Burrell Malone, as provided in his
