Will be sold on the first Tuesday in
December, 1919,. between the legal
hours of sale, by virtue of an order
rom the Court of Ordinary of Douglas
county, the following real estate,
Granted ti W. G. Standridge, Admin
istrator, etc., a certain tract of land
lying and being in the 18th District
and 2nd Section of Douglas County
known as lot of land No. 215, con
taining 40 acres more or less. Also
another tract of land in said District
and Section in Cobb County, Georgia
being 15 acres more or less of Lot 131
commencing at the Southwest comer
of said lot, running North 60 rods;
thence East,AO rods; thence South 60
rods to Douglas County line; thence
West 40 rods to beginning point, con
taining in all 55 acres. These two
tracts of land join each other, and
being one farm. On it it situated
a splendid dwelling, well watered, and
about 40 acres in cultivation. Sold as
property of A. T. Gore, deceased
