istrator, etc., a certain tract of land
lying and being in the 18th District
and 2nd Section of Douglas County
known as lot of land No. 216, con
taining 40 acres more or less. Also
another tract of land in said District
and Section in Cobb County, Georgia
being 16 acres more or less of Lot 131
commencing at *he Southwest comer
of said lot, running North 60 rods;
thence East 40 rods; thence South 60
rods to Douglas County line; thence
West 40 rods to beginning point, con
taining in all 55 acres. These two
tracts of land join each other, and
being one farm. On .it it situated
