Atlanta.- -An answer to the Texas Oil
company’s bill for an injunction to pre
vent the state oil department from col
lecting overplus fees for oil inspections
was filed hi the United States district
court by attorneys representing J. J.
Brown state commisioner of agricul
ture, and other defendants in the suit.
At the same time the defendants filed
a motion uileging that the bill of the
oil company was vugue, uncertain and
insufficient and asking that the court
order the plaintiff company to make a
better statement of its allegations.
