MAYOR’S COtJRT
Monday was a very mild session.
Two young men were arraigned for
speeding and fined $2.50 each and
costs. A little pickaniny who said
he didn’t know the law against jump
ing trains, was given a fine of $2.00
and costs as a reminder.
The court took occasion to say that
as this was the first offense of the
parties before him he would be len
ient, but in the future all speeders
and train jumpers would be given
the full limit, which moans about
$15.00 nnd costs.

There was a lot of waste
about motoring in those days.
A man spent a lot of money

When a man buys a tire
nowadays he has a pretty

The dealer who sells him

he expects isn't likely to get

The U. S. reputation for

There is not one standard

Every tire that bears the
