0.: Friday morning, May 23 et, 1920,
at 11 o’clock, the death angel visited
the home of Mr. B. S. Daniell and
took from him his loving wife. She
had been ill for several week’s. No
one knows the pain she bore, for she
was not able to make her wants
known. All that loving hands and
a good physician could do was done for
her, but of no avail, for God needed
another angel and therefore we must
be reconciled to the will of the all
wise Father, who errs not. * •
She was always cheerful and read}
for duty. ‘Tis heartbreaking to go
to tne home and fail to see her smiling
ace and hear her hum the sweet old
i\mns she loved so well.
Sue wa- born January 27, 1850
ir.d mnrr.rd at out . ’.70, to Mr. 13. S.
Daniell. This union was blessed with
nine children, two of whom preceeded
her to the grave some time ago.
She joined the Primitive Baptist
hurch at Cold Springs, September
25th 1869, and lived a consistent mem.
ber until death. She was true to her
God, and always filled her pew. until
about six years ago, when she became
enstranged and was never able to at
tend as she wished to, but was happy
in spite of her afflictions.
She is survived by a husband, one
brother, one sister, seven children,
forty-six grand children, thirteen
great grand children and a host of
other relatives and friends. To all
of those heartbroken ones, we would
say; Weep not for she is sweetly rest
ing, only awaiting the Resurrection
Day, when she will come forth and
meet her loved ones in that Beautiful
Home where comes no sorrow, nor
pain, but all is peace and love.
Soon we’ll rest with Christ our .Sav
ior, in that land beyond the sea; and
with loved ones dwell forever, from
all sorrow we’ll be free.
There we’ll sing sweet songs of
Jesus, with the happy blood brought
band; wont it be a glorious singing,
over in that holy land.
We. are wating for the summons,
that .shall gome at God,’s command;
Then : jys’W rest with. Christ our. Sav
ior, over, in the sweet Beulah land.
Her remains were laid to rest at
Cold , Springs church. Her funeral
waB conducted by Rev. Thomas Carnes
and a large concourse of relatives
and friends were there to pay their
tribute of respect.
