R. Henderson, enroute to her
home at Cave Springs to spend
Christmas.

Mr. VV. A. Burns, who recently
underwent an operation for ap
pendicitis at the Georgia Baptist
hospital, is reported as doing
favorable.
Messrs. M. E. Geer and J. F.
Long spent Monday in Atlanta.
Mr. J. E. Davis will look after
the boys in East Douglasville
during Christmas week.
Miss Rosa Bailey, who has been
teaching in Greenville, S- C., the
past six months, is visiting her
sister, Mrs. Frederick Wilson,
and will spend Christmas here.
Mr. and Mrs. Julian Arnold
will move next week to their new
home recently purchased at
Hapeville.
Mr. and Mrs. Z. T. Dake will
vacate their home next week
recently sold to Mrs. Martha Mc
Whorter. Mrs. Dake and Miss
Edith will make their home tem
porarily in Atlanta while Mr.
Dake will continue to travel till
March, when they will move to
Newcastle, Va.
