away. The town needs more
houses to let and the sooner we
get them the better it will be

Mr Chas- McAlister, of At¬
lanta, was here a few days this
week. He is one of the jolliest
fellows in the whole country

He enjoyed the visit very much.

ough proposes to have the crack

ceived a letter a few days since
containing a bill of money for
her pastor for the year 1896.
Although this lady is three
thousand miles away she does
not forget her church and asks
to be remember in the prayers
