SAD DEATH.
After many weeks of illness Mrs
Jno. E Whitaker died at her home
in this city last Sunday morning
When death came the good lady
was surrounded hy .her husband
and children and many relatives
and friends who 'had been with
her faithfully andterderly through
ou t, her illness, administering to
and nursing her with tfie hope of
recovery fast passing away.
Mrs. Whitaker was a noble,
Christian woman, devoted to her
husband aud family, loyal to her
friends, faithful to her church and
considerate of all.
Sadly is she missed by Her sor¬
