It is used extensively for cover ing roofs of either shingles, matched boards, tin, zinc,sheet honor f hick paper, if your shingles have been on for years, you have only to sweep off* the moss and lint, with a stiff* broom, and cover with two or three good coats, and in a few months you have a perfect slate roof, impervious to the action of the weather and fire.
