Miwi \vor.TM, Minn.. October 4.--The
Knighlsid Labor convention was called to

of delegates had not been examined, adjourn

view today, Mr. i’owikrly said:

each other better. There wore a great many

have the interests of the movement at heart,
and luivo dropped out.”
I’crhaps the most important proposition that
is likely to come before the general assembly is
a scheme Io unite the Knights of Lalxir'and tlic
national fiirniers’ aliiamr, now in session in
Minneapolis, into one organization. The plan
now proposed is to make the larmcrs’ alliance
a national trade body, with the title of the
Naiivnal District assembly.
