SHE NURSED EPILEPTIC;

Another chapter In the case of Miss
Lucy Vaughan, who died In the Tower
while steps were being taken to have
her committed to the Insane asylum at
Milledgevllle, was written Saturday,
when Attomeya Harvey Hill and J. U.
Itldtey filed a caveat with Ordinary
Wilkinson to prevent the last will and
testament of Mlsa Vaughan from being
probated. .
It will he refilled that Mlsa Vaughan
was an epileptic who was to hove been
sent to the asylum through efforts
made In her behalf by the Associated
charities. She had a small amount of
property which brought her In an In
come of about 85 a month, hut It was
not enough to support her, aa she was
terribly afflicted.
But before she died she made a will
leaving her property to Mrs. W. A.
Fowler, Miss Oertte Moore and Mrs.
L. I,. Tuggle. The two latter benefl
claries, howevar, have renounced all
claim to participation In the estate.
Attorney Hill also secured a rule
nisi which compel! Mrs. Fowler

why ehe should not be made ro give
bond as administratrix.
All of theta actions were brought at
the Instance of Mra. Carrie L. Rogers,
a cousin of Mias Vaughan, who wants
the will set aside, alleging that Miss
Vaughan was about to be sent to the
asylum and was not capable of making
a will. In addition. It la alleged by Mrs.
Rogers that she kept Mlsa Vaughan for
a long time and nuraed and waited
u|H,n her. and for this reason she clams
she le entitled to what Mies Vaughan
left.
Those named In tha will are alleged
not to be of any kin to the deceased
and should not participate In the es
tate.
