Solved.
Chicago, HI.. March 15.—George B.
Cortelyou. secretary of the treasury. In
a letter received yesterday at the Chi
cago sub-treasury, approved the sus
pension of George IV. Fltsgsrald pend
ing the Investigation of tbe robbery.
The communication was received by
Assistant Treasurer William Bolden-
week, and It made no comments
the theft of 6171,000 from the tub-
treasury.
Mr. Fltagarald was the snorting
teller from whose cage the money die
appeared. Ha gave out another Inter
view after a talk with Captain Porter,
chief of the local secret service. Ha
said the mystery practically waa solved
and the money would be returned with
in a day or two. Captain Porter, who
la not so sanguine, said last night that
he waa no nearer a solution ef the
mystery.

Macon, Oa., March IS—Felix Tharps,
2.1 years old. and night foreman of tha
Central of Georgia switching gang, was
caught between two care last night and

bumped the car and caught him.
