ket was the second dullest Saturday
of the year. London was closed for
the usual Aufcuftt holiday and no orders
came In across the cable. Prices hero
opened a trilie lower and fell oft still
further during the flfst half hour.
Union Pacific, Copper and Great North
ern, with losses or a point each, made
the largest decline. The market hard
ened again after the first relapse and
