In the London market Americans ruled
above par, tho trading was not brisk.
Canadian Pacific was the subject of brisk

Atlanta, June 24.—Cloudy, rainy weath*
er continues to prevail In tho cotton
belt, with rain at d large number of sta
tlons, except In tho extreme eastern por
tion. The rain area has advanced north
ward Into the Ohio valley and upward on
the Rocky mountain slope. The largest
amounts of precipitation received during
the past twenty-four hours were: Louis
ville, Ky., 1.42 Inches:. Little Rock, 1.00
Inch; Vicksburg, Miss', 1.02. Meridian
received .22 and Birmingham .64.
The atmospheric pressure Is highest
over Alabama and Georgia.
Fair weather prevails In the north
from Minnesota east ta Maine. A few
