Handsome residence in Hapeville of G. H. Brodna.
THE ATLANTA GEORGIAN ASD SEWS:FKIDAY, MAY 3. 1912.
TOMORROW
AUCTION AT
HAPEVILLE
Forty-two Building Lots
and a Seven-Room
Cottage
Tomorrow at 2:30 o’Clock Sharp
Hapeville is one of the most desirable suburbs in which
to live around Atlanta. T here is not a manufacturing
plant in Hapeville. There will never be one. The charter
prohibits the erection of them.
A considerable part of this subdivision faces the street
car line. It is situated almost in the heart of the town—
particularly between Virginia avenue and the depot.
It is well divided with streets. It is almost a dream of
beauty. (You look at it and you will say the same.)
There are more houses and more “civilization” around and
adjacent to this property than most any subdivision you
have ever seen. It is right up in the best part of the town.
There are many beautiful homes in Hapeville and the town
is building up right along. And it may be added here that
it is city pretty well from the center of Atlanta to Hape
ville.
Hapeville has a large public school; the building re
minds one of the new school buildings in Atlanta. The
colleges in College Park are only a short way off. The
street car line running to Hapeville furnishes a splendid
service. Large cars run on this line, and there is a ten
minute schedule on it. Also the suburban trains on the
Central railroad multiply the transportation facilities.
The terms of the sale are as follows: On the cottage,
S3OO cash, balance S3O per month, 7 per cent interest. On
the lots facing the car line, S2OO cash, S2O per month, 7
per cent interest. On all the other lots, $25 cash, $lO per
month, 7 per cent interest.
We extend a cordial invitation to the ladies to attend
this sale.
