It is thought that at least 70 per cent of the vote will be uninstructed, and in this lies Wilson's hope His people are claiming every one of the independent delegates which faction has one half the.representation in 60 counties. With this uninstructed vote to trade on and the large uhinstructed vote of the reg ulars. Wilson should get some dele gates, though he Ins not won more than half a dozen delegations so far. At least halt, if not mow. of the delegates of Tennessee to Baltimore will be sure for Clark if he contend for instructions and the other half will be divided among the three others.
