Barrow of the state university hail from ever) portion of Georgia and sev eral are from South Carolina and Flor ida. The commencement address was delivered hy John M. Slaton, former governor of Georgia, and among the notables present were Governor Joseph M. Brown. Judge A. 1,. Miller of Macon, P. A. Stovall of Savannah and John West of Thomson. A meeting of the board of trustees was held yesterday afternoon and mem bers of the faculty were chosen for next year. E. H Callaway, of Augusta, is chairman of the board of trustees. Miss., a veteran who attended the reunion fast week was operated on at the city hospital, a bullet that he had been carrying around unawares for 50 years was re moved.
