Resolutions were a iopted urging the
extension of poultrv knowledge through
schools, colleges, farmers institutes,
poultry associations, commercial or
ganizations and other legitimate
channels, and urging in the name of
the commercial congress that the
American PoulHy association bend its
efforts in the same direction, by the
publication of articles relating to poul
try subjects; and to encourage the
writing of text books and guides for
the information of all interested in
poultry husbandry; and the teaching of
poultry culture in the rural schools of
our country.
Boys and girls poultry clubs and gov
ernment farm demonstration work, as
is now being carried on in corn and
tomato clubs under the direction of
Bradford Knapp, of the United States
