matured stock the fertility of the eggs

Many breeders will not use a pullet
tn. their breeding yards. It has been
proved by experiments that vggs laid
by immature pullets, as a rule, will not
hatch as well or produce as strong
chicks as those laid by a well matured
hen. It Is also a general rule that eggs
laid during the natural breeding season
and nesting time will hatch better and
produce stronger chicks than those that
are produced at other seasons.
