its own. Nearly 200 royalists are in

COMMITTEES URGE
SUIT FOR TALLULAH
In spite of the unfavorable opinion
recently rendered by th* attorney gen
eral, the judiciary committees of both
the senat--- and the hous- unanimously
recommended today the passage of the
bill calling upon Governor Brown to
bring suit to .establish the state s title
to the land at Tallulah Falls.
Ellis, of Tift, author of the measure,
appeared before the senate committee
in a strong argument for favorable con
sideration. and there was practically
no opposition when th* committee
brought th* measure to vote.
The resolution will come up for pas
sage in both houses within a week.
