formerly the crown princess of Sax
on. . has been legally separated from
her last husband. Enrico Toselli, at
EJorence.
"It is unfortunate to have to sep
arate from my husband because of out
tempers," said Signora Toselli. “but we
shail always remain very good friends."
The couple were very friendly when
they met for the purpose of witnessing
the formalities necessary for their sep
aration. The custody of their child is
intrusted to Signor Tosellis parents.

eight times, and five cases have been
made against her. She has three times
been convicted. If she now returns to
Macon or engages tn the saloon busi
ness elsewhere in Georgia, the remain
ing indictment will be called to trial.
She acquiesced to the conditions of the
court, for the sake of her children, she
said.
