PEACHTREE STREET.
WE HAVE a lot in the Georgian Terrace block for >550 per foot. We
are now in touch with a good substantial tenant and we want some
» one to build a store on this lot and lease it to him at a reasonable
a rate of interest in the investment. There is a chance to pick up a
lot at the bottom price with a tenant already in view to pay the
interest on the investment, and we give you an opportunity to real
ize a profit on the enhancement on the front. It only takes a small
amount of money to handle it.
ROSWELL ROaFTcREAOE?"
WE HAVE a tract of something like 120 acres on the Roswell road
three unties from Buckhead that we can sell for 5150 per acre.
This is® way below the value of the property, and it should sell im
mediately. There is going to be quite a little development along
this road within the next year, and you will realize a splendid en
hancement. Reasonable terms.
WEST ~PE ACHT R EK -
WE HAVE a lot within a few feet of Porter Place on the east side
of West Peachtree that we are offering for S4OO per foot. The old
house on this lot is renting for enough to carry the running ex
penses, and we recommend this as a place for enhancement in value.
i WEST BAKERSTRBaTr
WITHIN a few feet of Spring street on West Baker we have a
splendid lot at a low price. There is a house on this lot renting
for SSO or st>o per month, which will carry the investment until you
are ready to put up permanent improvement. This, being so close to
the Junction of Peachtree and West Peachtree, which will some day
be the important center of this town, undoubtedly will grow in val
ue. Reasonable terms.
Central AVENU’ErcLosi: in.
HERE is a good 8-room house, on lot 35x110, for $3,750. Now, this
place is so close in that you may depend on a steady enhance
ment all the time. It will make you a good home while you hold
it, or the rent will pay a good interest on the investment.
MERRITTS AVENUE.
HERE-is a good 8-room. 2-story house on a large lot close to Pied
mont avenue for $5,000. This can be bought on very easy terms
