There need be no hesitancy about taking up the new Pannier drapery, because of the imagined change of lines, for this style has men fount! to be attractive and decidedly graceful. The Panniers hat e the necessary fullness so arranged that the hips are perfectly nat ural. the drhpjng being arranged at about knee depth. * Some of the styles are so completely modified that they are simply cut in Pannier outline, showing a cutaway effect in front and tapering otl to <i pointed finish in the center back, and some hang stra.ight to the bottom instead ot being draped.
