tion. and to execute notes and bonds as
evidence of indebtedness incurred, or
which may be incurred, in the conduct
of the affairs of the corporation, and to
secure the same by mortgage, security
deed, or other form of lien, under existing
laws.
They desire for said incorporation the

accept amendments to its charter of either
form or substance by a vote of a majority
of its stock outstanding at the time. They
also ask authority for said incorporation
to wind up its affairs, liquidate and dis

Frank Woodruff.
Tlie body of Frank Woodruff, drown
ed near Kingston, Ga., and brought to
Atlanta yesterday, will be carried to
Griffin, Ga., for funeral and interment
tomorrow. Mr. Woodruff was drowned
while on a fishing party that camped
near Kingston Wednesday. His wife
was among the members of the party.

The body of Dr. William B. Good
win,. 53 years old, who died late yester
day, will be carried to Nashville, Ga.,
for funeral late today. Dr. Goodwin
died at a private sanitarium, after a
short illness. He is survived by his
widow.

Milton Wallace, aged died today
at his home at Eagan, Ga. He h ives
a wife and eight sons and daughters.
Funeral arrangements have not yet

Mis.- Eva Lewis, daughter of Mrs. E.
G. Lewis, died at her mothers housed
71 Oak street. West End. at 7:3a o’clock
this morning. Miss Lewis had been ill
for several weeks. She is survived bt
her mother and tv o siste s, Janie and
Katherine Levels. The funeral will be
conducted from the residence ~n Mon
day afternoon, with interne-nt in West
view cemetery.
