If you will have several appointed times during the day to go out and refill the founts, you will have no trouble about th* matter. The chicks must have fresh, cool water. It Is a poor plan to give them a whole day’s supply at once. It ■oon becomes warm and is worse than no water at all In fact, they will not drink this tepid water wb*n the day is warm. You will notice when you go to refill the founts that when you throw it out and put in fresh, they will all crowd up to where they can get a drink With good care and proper feeding of light foods, the chicks will get through the summer in fine shape, and mature into big birds in the fall- Poultry He view. — R.
