The petition of George E. Scott, of Ful
ton county, Georgia; \V. A. Witherspoon,
of Henrico county, Virginia, and Walter
T. Johnson, of Bibb county, Georgia, re
spectfully shows;
1. That said petitioners desire for them
selves, their associates, successors and as
signs, to become incorporated under the
laws of this stale under the name and
style of Atlanta Bleneo Coal Company, by
which name said proposed corporation
shall be known, shall contract and be
contracted with, sue and be sued.
2. That the term for. which petitioners
desire to be incorporated is twenty c
years from the da.e of their incorpora
tion. with the privileges of renewal at the
expiration of said time.
3. That the authorized capital stock of
.said corporation is to be one hundred and
