The Standard of Perfection
There is an erroneous report abroad in the land in regard to The Stand- .
ard of Perfection that should be corrected. At the Nashville meeting of the
American Poultry association it was determined to publish in 1915 a separ
ate standard for each breed. This report has it that these standards will be
issued at once. The last Standard is by far the best ever issued, and it will
be in effect until 191o.—Unde Dudley, in The Atlanta Constitution.
As I ncle Dudley has evidently been wrongly informed, we de
sire Io sei Ihc matter right before the public. At the last meeting of
the American Poultry association, held in Nashville. August 12 to
15, it was voted to issue 5.0(X) copies of the Breed Standard for
Plymouth Kocks, which will contain standards for the Rock varie
ties. This separate Standard will be issued simultaneously with the
regular Standard for all breeds in 1915. No other separate Breed
Standards have been authorized as vet. and probably will not be
until after that date. |< J. MARSHALL,
Member 1915 Standard Revision Committee.

to hold an exhibition that will do the
fancier and breeder the greatest
amount of good. In fact, it is a busi

This association is composed of the
leading fanciers from all sections of
the state. These men have the inter
