Oct. 28. —Alonzo-Field- er, 28 years of age and a local cotton oil mill superintendent, killed himself yesterday afternoon while temporarily deranged as the result of excessive smoking of cigarettes. Fielder called upon his parents. Mr. and Mrs. J. W. Fielder, ten miles from Macon, and. after writing a farewell letter, put a. bullet in his brains.
