SANITY TEST ASKED FOR BALDWIN COUNTY SLAYER The governor has been asked to ap point a lunacy commission to inquire into the sanity of Henry Taylor, of Baldwin county, sentenced to be hanged for murder on January 3. It is said he has become insane since he com mitted the deed. MAJOR M. J. DANIEL NOW COLONEL OF 2D GA. INF. The adjutant's office today issued a commission to Major M. J. Daniel, of Griffin, to be colonel of the Second reg iment infantry, state troops.
