GA„ Dec. 14.—Being 62 years old did not help G. E. Warren, a white man. charged with violating the state prohibition law, as Judge T. A. Parker gave him a twelve months sen tence at the state farm. In passing sen tence, Judge Parker said he felt that a year on the fatm would prove a big help to Warren, as the court’s information was that Warren had not only been sell ing whisky for some time, but had been manufacturing it in the Okefenokee I swamp.
