According to the assertions made In a 125,000 damage suit filed today against the Whittier Mills Company, Mr An nie Sullivan, aged 50 years, one of the company's 75-cent-a-day employes, lay ten weeks with a broken hip suf fering agonv while the company's phy sician, Dr. McMillan, treated her for a severe bruise. After she had failed to improve under Dr. McMillan's ministering*.
