COLLEGE PARK IS SUED FOR S9OO UNPAID NOTES Reviving an old account, the Central Bank and Trust Corporation, receiver for the defunct Neal bank, instituted suit today against the mayor and gen eral council of College Park for S9OO. The suit relates that three S3OO promissory notes were given the bank several years ago. The College Park authorities, it Is alleged, failed to pay the notes at their maturity.
