The suit relates that three S3OO promissory notes w'ere given the bank several years ago. The College Park authorities, it is alleged, failed to pay the notes at their maturity. Business conditions in the South are good, Mr. Daniel reports, and as proof of the growth of this section of the country, he declared that in no city >.r town can there be found a vacant r- si dence or business house. His chief mission is in organizing commercial' clubs in towns and cities where there are no such bodies. Dur ing the past year, he said, he has suc ceeded in promoting 105 such organiza tions.
