Wilder, pastor of the South Side Baptist church, several prisoners confined- in the county jail have been given their freedom as a Christmas gift. Mr. Wilder made a plea to Recorder John A. Schwarz for the re lease of several prisoners who have al ready' been confined for a considerable length of time, and the recorder agreed to release- those recommended b> Mr. Wilder, who had visited them in person.
