Angeles, voluntarily kidnaped from .1

Miss Borden was reported in three
widely separated places. A dispatch
from Atlantic Cii.\ stated that the
girl was believed t.* be in hiding there
with Mrs. Helen Selden White, wife
of William .1. White, a Cleveland.

disappointed that Upton Sinclair

The local rate is applicable to parcels intended for delivery at the office of mailing or
on a rural route starting therefrom.
It will be observed that the rates of postage are largely reduced and that the limit of
weight is increased from four to eleven pounds. Parcels will be delivered at all free de
livery offices and to patrons residing on rural star routes; and they may be insured against
loss in an amount equivalent to their actual value, but not to exceed $50, upon payment of a
fee of 10 cents. Distinctive stamps must be used on all parcels, but they may be mailed in
quantities of not less than 2,000 identical pieces without stamps affixed, the postage being
paid in money.
