Jackson, of the Adair & Holt Real Estate Agency, had sold to a syndi cate of Northern capitalists Holly wood cemetery, on the Marietta car line, a 195-acre tract, for $109,000 or more. This property has changed hands several times. It will now be im proved and will continue in rise as a cemetery. A new road will be cut through from Marietta Road, which will make the place more accessible. The buyers, it is understood, have had an option some time, and they are said to have exercised it. Y. M. C. A. Building Permit. Application was made to-day to Building Inspector Ed R. Hays for permission to build the new Young Men’s Christian Association building at 73 Luckie Street, at a cost of $250,000. This structure is to be eight stories and of reinforced concrete con struction. Details have been an nounced previously. The builder is the King Lumber Company, of Rich mond, and the architects Shattuek & Hussey and A. Ten Eyck Brown. Lots Bring $22,000. The L. P. Bottenfield Real Estate Agency announced to-day the sale during opera week of 22 lots for an aggregate of $21,900.
