Peachtree St. Sale Involves $87,000 Mitchell Motor Car Building—Peach tree Road Lot Brings $10,000. Other Notes. Interest In local realty circles cen tered to-day around a sale by R. 1 - Turman, of the Turman, Black & Cal houn agency, of the property occu pied by the Mitchell Motor Car Com pany, at 316 and 318 Peachtree, for $87,000. The buyer was Mrs. Louis J. Trounstine, and the seller A. F. Jones, of Bibb County. This was the last purchase Mrs. Trounstine made be fore sailing this week with her fam ily for Europe. The lot is 50x150 feet and holds a two-story brick building, which rents for $1,500 a year. There are three years of the present lease to run, and the motor car company has an option to continue the lease at the end of that time, though at a higher rental. The property is on the west side of the street, between Baker and Ivy Streets. It was formerly used for residence purposes, like several houses which still stand in this block. Louis J.
