F. .Tones, of Bibb County. This was the last purchase Mrs. Trounstine made be fore sailing 1 this week with her fam- f ily for Europe. I ' The lot is 50x1 50 feet and holds a two-story brick building, which rents for $4,500 a year. There are three years of the present lease to run, and the motor car company has an option to continue the lease at the end of that time, though at a higher rental. Trounstine was the pur chaser a short time ago of a valuable parcel on Decatur Street, details of which have been announced. Peachtree Road Sale. Mrs. Mabel H. Moody has sold, through the Burdett Realty Company, to Kenneth (\ McRae a large resi dence lot on Peachtree Road. 200 feet northeast of Piedmont Road, for $10,- 000. This is lot No. 7 of the county almshouse property, and is in a neigh borhood of fine homes recently built. Buyers of lots in Peachtree Height* the E. Rivers subdivision, just north of Peachtree Creek, are congratulat ing themselves to-day on having ac quire some genuine bargains. At the point of the greatest fill, between Bake) and Peachtree Streets, hundreds of cubic yards of earth have been put in. until the av erage depth is some four or five feet. Peachtree's Now Paving. The county convicts are making fast work of Peachtree repaving be tween Sixth and Fifteenth Streets. The work started at Sixth Street and ! '.s progressed northward nearly to Eleventh Street, where the top layer 1 ) ’ of paving is yet to he laid. The new paving looks good, and autornobilists are already using a part of it.
