J. J. Haverty will build a two-story and basement residence, costing $30,- 000, on the west side of Peachtre? Road directly north of Jack J. Spald ing’s "Deerland.” Mr. Haverty has received plans from Edward E. Dougherty, architect, and will let the contract shortly. V. Moore, netted $17,950, amd Mr. Moore has also sold a West Cain Street par cel at a price which Is withheld. Arthur Deveney has sold to a client of the Porter & Swift agency 128 East Cain StTeet, a three-story build ing, on a 20 by 140-foot lot, for $6,500; to Davis W. John, for a client, 35 South Prado, Ansley Park, 50 by 200, for $5,500; for a client to Davis W. John, 95 Williams Street, a cottage on e 40 by 67-foot lot, for $3,250; a residence lot on the south side of the Jackson Estate Drive, Brook wood, oO by 200, for $2,700. Also to W. P. and T. M.
