A?hurst announced that he would In
troduce a blH at to-day’s session of
the Senate appropriating $1,600,000
to build an armor plate factory to be
run in opposition to the armor plate
trust.
“This bill, if enacted into law, will

I believe it will prove my charge that
the trust has grossly overtaxed the
