being entered against Matthews and

A "hurst announced that he would in
troduce a bill at to-day’s session of
the Senate appropriating $1,600,000
to build an armor plate factory to be
run in opposition to the armor plate
trust.
"This bill, if enacted into law, will
one* for all put at rest the nefarious
activities of the armor plate trust."
said Senator Ashurst. "Furthermore,

the trust has grossly overtaxed the
